IT Support Technician

Description

Ware Malcomb is hiring an IT Support Specialist in our Denver Colorado office.

The IT Support Technician will work with the corporate office to support end users in a help desk role that includes configure, maintain, and support end user workstations and laptops our Irvine and West Coast offices, while tracking all changes with a trouble ticket and inventory control system.

The IT Support Specialist will be expected to have the following skills:

  • Active Directory
  • TCP/IP
  • Group Policy
  • Excellent Communication
  • Efficient Teamwork
  • Ability to effectively fulfill support tickets based on urgency
  • Superb Customer Service
  • General Knowledge of Network Topology
  • Powershell, Python, and MS SQL a plus
  • Prior experience with the support of Windows 8/10 workstations & Laptops, MS Office, Autodesk Applications:  AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit; SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; VPN Usage; Printing & Plotting; Mobile Devices (iPhone/iPad, Android phones and Tablets, Laptops, Imaging of new hardware, deploying software updates, troubleshooting VOIP phones, troubleshooting software bugs/errors; troubleshooting network related issues.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred
